A member of the Suzuki Association of the America's and Suzuki Association of South Florida. Miami Suzuki School accepts students of all ages. Stephanie and Aileen teach Suzuki violin. We believe every child has potential, and the caregivers in a child's life have to believe in that potential. Parent's are given the opportunity to build a stronger relationship with their child through the Suzuki Method full of encouragement and love. The purpose of the Suzuki Method is not to create professional musicians, it is to develop the child into a productive, well rounded adult.

Stephanie Dierickx start ed playing violin through the Suzuki method from the age of 6 and has now been teaching Suzuki violin lessons for a number of years. She completed her Suzuki violin books one through three in 2015. She is certified to teach music together. Stephanie graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelors in music education. She has been teaching since 2010 where she teaches violin group classes as well as private lessons.Stephanie also began working for KB Strings in 2013. Stephanie has worked at the Young Musicians Camp since 2005 in the past as a counselor, dorm counselor, music theory teacher, chamber group teacher, and private violin teacher. She is now studying to complete her masters in child psychology and adolescent development online at Southern New Hampshire University.

 

My Mission is to teach students life values that build the "whole person" through music such as respect, discipline, motivation, and dedication.
